Our Lodge is built in
the traditional style of the local architecture and situated on top of a
nearby cliff. You will be startled by the quiet-ness and the splendid view,
overlooking the unique village of Al Qasr and the distant sand dunes of the
Sahara desert.
Al Qasr, which is under protection of the Dept. of Heritages, is one of the
many little villages, belonging to the Governorate of the Dakhla Oasis.
Rooms
Our Lodge hosts 32 large
rooms, each one measuring more than 24 m2 and all with
private bathrooms. The rooms are simply but tastefully furnished in the
local style. They all have telephones. In order to keep the air well
circulated during the hot season, the rooms have high ceilings and are
equipped with a fan. In cold winter nights, heaters can be installed upon
request.
Most of the terraces have spectacular views either over the village or to
the nearby mountainrange. They are built to guarantee your privacy.
